Job Description:
We are expanding our sales team and currently looking for experienced and motivated Van Salesmen to join our operations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This role is fundamental to our distribution framework, requiring a professional who can drive sales performance for management and territory review. You will be responsible for managing daily van operations, promoting ambient and frozen food items, and ensuring timely delivery to our valued customers. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in FMCG Sales and a proactive approach to expanding our customer base. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily van sales operations and ensure timely delivery to meet management and distribution targets.
- Promote and sell FMCG products in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in sales records and payment collection.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and logistics departments to monitor stock levels and ensure proper product handling during transport.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve assigned sales performance KPIs.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and reporting procedures to maintain accurate records of client interactions and revenue targets.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification or professional Certificate in a related field.
- Mandatory valid UAE driving license with proven professional experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong background in management of sales routes, customer handling, and ambient or frozen food distribution.
- Professional background in education or training regarding food safety, sales strategies, and payment reconciliation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work independently, and meet strict monthly sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage a diverse customer base in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
