Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently to meet management and service quality targets.
  • Provide professional customer service in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in transaction records and daily financial reports.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and branch leadership to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to exchange services while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and financial systems to optimize transaction processing and maintain service quality standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a relevant professional Certificate in Finance or Business.
  • 0–1 year of professional experience; fresh candidates are highly encouraged to apply within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of customer-facing interactions and basic understanding of financial services.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding financial compliance and professional communication.
