Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join a growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can conduct outbound sales efforts for management and revenue review. You will be responsible for presenting services clearly, generating leads, and building strong relationships with both potential and existing customers. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Multilingual Sales Communication and a proactive approach to exceeding performance targets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate interest and meet management and weekly performance targets.
  • Execute professional sales presentations in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in customer information updates and lead tracking.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and sales leadership to optimize follow-up processes and ensure clear communication with leads.
  • Build and maintain high-quality relationships with customers while explaining service benefits with accuracy and enthusiasm.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to manage customer records and enhance the efficiency of sales efforts.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant professional Certificate in Business or Communication.
  • Professional experience in a target-driven sales or telecalling environment within the UAE (Preferred).
  • Strong background in management of outbound calling, lead qualification, and customer relationship building.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding sales techniques and multilingual communication (English, Malayalam, and Hindi preferred).
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a positive attitude, and the capability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to contribute to corporate growth in Dubai.
