Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can drive machinery sales for management and performance review. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and identifying new business opportunities across the UAE. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in B2B Technical Sales and a proactive approach to client acquisition and market expansion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for heavy machinery to meet management and revenue objectives.
  • Support market integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in detailed offers, quotations, and prospective client records.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal logistics teams to coordinate smooth order processing and machinery delivery.
  • Conduct professional equipment demonstrations and organize site visits to showcase technical capabilities and close high-value deals.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to optimize customer base tracking and professional sales reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Engineering Preferred) plus a relevant professional Technical Sales Certificate.
  • Proven professional experience specifically in heavy machinery sales, rental sales, or automotive sales.
  • Strong background in management of B2B relationships, site visit coordination, and deal closing.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE market dynamics and technical equipment specifications (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a target-driven approach, and current residency in the UAE.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support market growth in Dubai.
