Job Description:

The Sales Negotiator will qualify prospective real estate buyers, lead property viewings, execute contract negotiations, maintain CRM sales pipelines, manage client portfolios, and partner with executive management to drive property sales targets across Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and convert inbound property inquiries and self-generated sales leads.
• Consult with clients to evaluate their property preferences, budget parameters, and investment goals.
• Conduct professional property viewings, site visits, and developer off-plan sales presentations.
• Negotiate favorable purchase terms, sales agreements, and guide buyers through transaction closing processes.
• Maintain meticulous client records, sales pipelines, and lead updates using enterprise CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly property sales targets while building lasting investor relationships across the UAE market.
• Stay up to date with Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines, market trends, and property listings.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
• 1 to 2 years of target-driven B2C or B2B sales experience (Real Estate, EdTech, Financial Services, or Insurance preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets, prospecting buyers, and closing commercial sales transactions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and sales negotiation skills in English.
• Strong familiarity with lead generation, CRM platforms, and sales pipeline management tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and capable of operating independently or collaboratively.
