Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized School Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage various academic and institutional projects for management and performance review. You will be responsible for planning projects from initiation to completion, tracking timelines, and supporting school-wide events. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute school-related projects to meet management and institutional targets.
  • Support project integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in timeline tracking, budget logs, and deliverable documentation.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, teachers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth internal communication and coordination.
  • Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions to ensure the seamless execution of academic programs and school events.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and project tracking software to optimize resource allocation and professional project reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) plus a relevant professional Project Management Certificate.
  • Proven professional interest or experience specifically within education or project coordination.
  • Strong background in management of project timelines, budgets, and collaborative workflows.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding institutional planning, event coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, proactive problem-solving, and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard educational organization in Abu Dhabi.
