Job Description:

- Deliver differentiated instruction and modern assessment techniques to meet management and academic quality targets.
- Support student development initiatives in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in academic records, progress reports, and lesson planning.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and school leadership to foster a positive learning environment and contribute to extracurricular activities.
- Apply inquiry-based learning approaches and maintain excellent classroom management to effectively motivate students.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and educational software to optimize the learning process and student engagement.

🔹 Requirements:
- B.Ed. or subject-related Degree plus a mandatory PGCE / PGDE or equivalent professional Certificate.
- Proven professional experience in teaching, preferably within the UAE or US-curriculum schools.
- Strong background in management of differentiated instruction, inquiry-based learning, and modern assessment techniques.
- Professional background in education or training regarding classroom management and educational technology proficiency.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, collaborative skills, and a proactive mindset in an academic setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support institutional growth in Dubai.
