Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to meet management and British Curriculum standards.
- Support academic integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in student assessments, progress tracking, and lesson planning documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and school leadership to participate in academic programs and continuous professional development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a respectful learning atmosphere and supporting student academic and personal growth.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and school management systems to optimize lesson delivery and professional academic reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject plus a Mandatory B.Ed., PGCE, or Equivalent Teaching Qualification.
- Proven professional experience specifically with the British Curriculum is highly preferred.
- Strong background in management of classroom environments, student engagement strategies, and innovative pedagogy.
- Professional background in education or training regarding modern British teaching methods and inclusive learning practices.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong communication skills, and the capability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-performing international school in Dubai.
