About the Role:

Regent Education is seeking a hands-on Technology Manager to lead IT operations and drive digital transformation from their office in Dubai Knowledge Park. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining a robust, secure IT environment and guiding a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Plan, deliver, and oversee digital transformation projects and new technology rollouts.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee IT budgets, and handle service agreements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team; monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of IT management experience within the UAE market (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity best practices, and ITIL processes.
• Proven track record of leading IT teams and delivering technology projects.
