IT Support Engineer – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Royal Gas

About the Role:

Royal Gas is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer in Abu Dhabi to manage both day-to-day support and long-term infrastructure projects within a commercial enterprise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day Technical/Desktop Support (IT Help Desk) and handle complex escalation issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and hosting for back-end solutions (email, SQL database).
• Administer and support ERP software systems.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues across LAN/WAN environments.
• Maintain system security (firewalls, antivirus, backups) and ensure data security compliance.
• Document system configurations and implement IT policies/procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT operations/support experience.
• At least 2 years of UAE experience is required (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and database administration.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
