Job Description / Role
About the Role:
Provide end-to-end technical support for internal users in Sharjah, focusing on maintaining systems, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth digital operations across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily IT support tickets and resolve technical issues.
- Install and configure systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Administer LAN and WAN networking and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, and administer Zoho products, Jamf, Sophos XDR, and Genesys.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, security, and printer-related issues.
- Implement Azure Active Directory and manage NTFS permissions.
- Administer Cisco telephony systems, switches, and FortiGate firewall.
- Install and maintain VMWare virtual machines.
- Train employees on IT systems and assist with internal/external audits.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related IT field.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with networking, Office 365, G-Suite, and ITIL practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration.
