About the Role:

Provide end-to-end technical support for internal users in Sharjah, focusing on maintaining systems, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth digital operations across the organization.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily IT support tickets and resolve technical issues.
  • Install and configure systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Administer LAN and WAN networking and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Manage Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, and administer Zoho products, Jamf, Sophos XDR, and Genesys.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, security, and printer-related issues.
  • Implement Azure Active Directory and manage NTFS permissions.
  • Administer Cisco telephony systems, switches, and FortiGate firewall.
  • Install and maintain VMWare virtual machines.
  • Train employees on IT systems and assist with internal/external audits.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related IT field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience with networking, Office 365, G-Suite, and ITIL practices.
  • Hands-on knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration.
