Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Control Supervision: Create, update, and enforce document control procedures; supervise and coach the Document Control team.
- Compliance & Approvals: Administer work/access permit processes and liaise with design teams and authorities to secure required regulatory approvals.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Review and manage handover packages (warranties, As-Builts); track Practical Completion and manage documentation during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
- Reporting & Audits: Design and implement reporting frameworks; conduct regular audits of project folders to identify and correct documentation gaps.
- Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional coordination between commercial, procurement, design, and site teams.
Requirements:
- Strong focus on document control and project documentation management (essential).
- Experience managing compliance with Building Management regulations and securing authority approvals.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of creating and enforcing structured filing systems.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional liaison and training.
