Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle SAP projects (Blueprinting, Build, Cutover, Hypercare), especially SAP S/4HANA.
  • Plan and manage timelines, budgets, risk registers, and change requests for on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and functional consultants.
  • Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and governance forums to drive decision-making.
  • Maintain project documentation, performance KPIs, and status reporting.

Requirements:

  • 10–18 years of total SAP experience; 4–6 years in a dedicated Project or Program Manager role.
  • Successfully led 2 or more end-to-end SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
  • Strong functional understanding across key modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and HR).
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate/ASAP methodologies and project tooling (JIRA, MS Project).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and risk-control capabilities.
