Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, ensuring healthy employee relations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
- Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor regulations.
- Coordinate with the accounting team for accurate payroll, leave salary, and end-of-service settlements (attendance records/timesheets).
- Manage group medical insurance policies and workmen’s compensation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer position within the UAE.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
