Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the supervision and coordination of daily housekeeping activities.
- Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas meet hotel quality and hygiene standards.
- Conduct and monitor room inspections to guarantee timely room availability.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, motivation, and productivity management.
- Help manage inventory, linen control, and ordering of cleaning supplies.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hotel operational policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar housekeeping management role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, procedures, and service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
