Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of appointment scheduling, including confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Front Desk Management: Handle all incoming calls professionally and serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries.
- Patient Registration: Assist walk-in patients with the registration process and provide general support throughout their visit.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments accurately and maintain meticulous front desk financial records and logs.
- Clinical Liaison: Coordinate closely with doctors and nursing staff to ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations.
- Administration: Utilize MS Office for daily documentation, reporting, and basic administrative support tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a clinical or medical front office role within the UAE.
- Language: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Gender Profile: This role is specifically seeking Female candidates.
- Technical Skills: Good command of MS Office applications and familiarity with clinical management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on delivering excellent patient service.
- Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for local interviews.
