🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of appointment scheduling, including confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Front Desk Management: Handle all incoming calls professionally and serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries.
  • Patient Registration: Assist walk-in patients with the registration process and provide general support throughout their visit.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments accurately and maintain meticulous front desk financial records and logs.
  • Clinical Liaison: Coordinate closely with doctors and nursing staff to ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations.
  • Administration: Utilize MS Office for daily documentation, reporting, and basic administrative support tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a clinical or medical front office role within the UAE.
  • Language: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Gender Profile: This role is specifically seeking Female candidates.
  • Technical Skills: Good command of MS Office applications and familiarity with clinical management software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on delivering excellent patient service.
