Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE’s corporate sector for recruitment services.
- Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, networking, and social selling (LinkedIn) to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Solution Selling: Present tailored recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership deals.
- Client Retention: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with HR Managers and CEOs to ensure recurring business.
- Internal Liaison: Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into successful placements.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales stages within the CRM system to meet monthly revenue targets.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Previous professional experience in a business development or sales-focused role.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to the HR or recruitment industry is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and English communication skills.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and a proactive approach to cold outreach.
- Process Mastery: Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and corporate hiring pain points.
