Job Description:

The Business Development Representative will support the company’s growth engine by researching target accounts, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound prospecting activities across target accounts in the U.S. market and assigned territories.
• Research companies, key stakeholders, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
• Create personalized outreach campaigns through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
• Execute structured sales sequences with consistency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to qualify prospects and convert opportunities.

🔹 Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Confidence in communicating with senior decision-makers including Directors and VPs.
• Experience using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, GSuite, or ZoomInfo.
• Strong research skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Must be based in the United States Eastern Time Zone.
