About the Role:
We are hiring a Telesales Executive/Admin to promote and close B2B sales for corporate gifts, staff uniforms, and promotional giveaways. This full-time role in Bur Dubai requires a proactive individual with proven telesales experience to reach out to potential corporate customers, build relationships, and secure orders.
Key Responsibilities:
The Telesales Executive will actively promote and close sales, primarily through phone calls and follow-up emails, with occasional on-site visits. The role also involves assisting the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activities, follow-ups, and providing essential administrative support. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in the company’s tracking system is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and close sales for corporate gifts, staff uniforms, and promotional giveaways.
- Reach out to potential corporate customers through phone calls and follow-up emails.
- Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activities and provide administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in the company’s tracking system.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven telesales experience (mandatory), preferably selling B2B products or corporate merchandise.
- Solid understanding of the UAE market and corporate buyer expectations.
- Good command of English for verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable using MS Office applications for reporting and correspondence.
- Must be currently based in Dubai and able to attend the Bur Dubai office when required.
