Available Opportunities:
We are currently inviting applications for the following specialized roles:
- CAFM Operator: Managing digital maintenance workflows and IT platforms.
- Administrator cum Storekeeper: Overseeing logistics, inventory, and office management.
- ELV Technician: Supporting extra-low voltage systems and smart engineering infrastructure.
- Kitchen Appliance Technician: Specialized maintenance and technical service for F&B equipment.
- Team Leader (MEP): Providing supervisory leadership for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned technical or administrative duties while maintaining high management standards.
- Support daily facilities management operations and ensure the timely completion of work orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and asset records for management review.
- Ensure all technical activities comply with UAE safety regulations and environmental quality standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team productivity and technical training workshops.
- Utilize Information Technology and CAFM software to track maintenance lifecycle and sales of service contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical faults and optimize equipment performance.
- Support education for junior staff regarding smart service protocols and energy-saving techniques.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the UAE facilities management or technical services sector.
- Technical proficiency in IT tools, CAFM software, or specialized MEP maintenance equipment.
- Strong background in management of site crews or administrative workflows.
- Professional background in education or training related to health, safety, and environment (HSE) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to maintaining service excellence and client sales satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced engineering environment.
