Job Description:
Reliance Recruiters is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Chat Support Executive for a top F&B organization in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our digital service operations, requiring a professional who excels in written communication and can efficiently manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns through live chat platforms and ensuring all service inquiries are handled with absolute professionalism. We are looking for an analytical individual with a strong background in management of digital interactions who can support overall customer satisfaction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through live chat channels in a courteous and timely manner to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order-related questions, product information, and service inquiries for management review.
- Coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure high-speed issue resolution and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records of all customer communications and interactions.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team performance and digital etiquette training.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM software to track real-time guest engagement metrics.
- Support education for customers regarding digital ordering platforms and loyalty rewards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or relevant certificate in Business or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in customer service or online chat support roles.
- Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar, clarity, and typing speed.
- High level of IT literacy for managing multiple digital chat platforms simultaneously.
- Strong background in management of guest inquiries within the F&B industry is an advantage.
- Professional background in education or training related to digital communication is a plus.
- Must currently be located in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
