Job Description:
We are currently looking to expand our team in Abu Dhabi and invite applications for four key hospitality positions. These roles are fundamental to our service framework, requiring professionals who can maintain high operational standards and provide excellent guest support for management and quality review. We are hiring for General Technician, Room Attendant, Kitchen Helper, and Receptionist. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Hotel Operations and a proactive approach to teamwork. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance (Technician), guest room cleaning (Attendant), or front desk operations (Receptionist) to meet management standards.
- Support kitchen hygiene and food preparation (Kitchen Helper) in Abu Dhabi to ensure seamless culinary operations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and front-of-house teams to welcome guests and manage reservations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, maintenance logs, or housekeeping inventory to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and WINHMS hotel management software (for Receptionist roles) to optimize guest services.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a Technical Field.
- Proven professional experience specifically within the hotel or hospitality industry in the United Arab Emirates.
- Strong background in management of guest relations, technical repairs, or high-standard housekeeping.
- Professional background in education or training regarding WINHMS software is considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE to be considered for these professional positions.
