Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a qualified Female HSE Officer to support our office and project safety operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can maintain workplace safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance for management and external audit review. You will be responsible for conducting safety inspections, performing risk assessments, and maintaining accurate HSE documentation. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Safety Regulations and a proactive approach to strengthening safety practices. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular internal HSE audits and safety inspections to meet management and regulatory standards.
- Perform detailed risk assessments and identify potential hazards within the workplace in Abu Dhabi.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams to deliver toolbox talks and promote safety awareness.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and compliance records to ensure 100% data integrity and audit readiness.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to prepare safety reports, incident documentation, and performance tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory NEBOSH Certification from a recognized safety institution.
- Proven professional experience in risk assessments, safety documentation, and HSE compliance procedures.
- Strong background in management of incident reporting, internal audits, and construction site safety standards.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE HSE regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong reporting skills in a professional environment.
- Female candidates with a spouse visa and availability for immediate joining in the UAE are preferred.
