Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can manage complex accounting operations for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for preparing high-level financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring strict adherence to UAE financial regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations to meet management and global reporting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure 100% data integrity in the Business Bay office.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal audit teams to monitor and improve internal financial controls.
- Maintain strict compliance with UAE financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal corporate policies.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced ERP systems to manage data and support financial decision-making.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related academic discipline.
- 10+ years of professional experience with mandatory accounting exposure within the UAE market.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is highly preferred.
- Strong background in management of financial reporting, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP software systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex tasks in the Dubai finance sector.
