Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our medical framework, requiring a professional who can manage core financial operations for management and leadership review. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with UAE regulations, and handling healthcare-specific processes such as patient billing and insurance claims. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations to meet management and hospital reporting standards.
- Manage patient billing, insurance claim processing, and pharmacy cost tracking in Dubai to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and medical departments to maintain audit-ready financial records and monthly P&L statements.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and relevant hospital financial reporting standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to provide reliable financial insights to hospital leadership.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong background in management of UAE VAT laws, accounts payable, receivable, and insurance reconciliation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding healthcare financial operations and ERP systems.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage tasks in a compliance-driven UAE environment.
