Job Description:

We are looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance department in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage core accounting functions and project-based transactions for management and audit review. You will be responsible for general ledger management, ensuring strict compliance with UAE financial laws, and coordinating with external auditors. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction Finance and a proactive approach to statutory reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, to meet management targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT regulations and statutory requirements in Dubai to maintain 100% data integrity.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams to monitor and track project-based financial transactions effectively.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and periodic reconciliations for banking and regulatory authorities.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain updated documentation systems and support budgeting processes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting specifically within the UAE market.
• Strong background in management of general ledgers, financial planning, and project-based accounting (construction industry exposure preferred).
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE financial laws, VAT regulations, and statutory reporting.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, meet strict reporting deadlines, and ensure accurate account closing.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies in Dubai.
