Job Description:

We are expanding our operations and currently hiring target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our business framework, requiring a professional who can identify and pursue new opportunities for management and revenue review. You will be responsible for promoting company services, converting leads into successful clients, and maintaining long-term relationships. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Consultancy Sales and a proactive approach to objection handling. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-ups to meet management and revenue targets.
  • Promote company services in Dubai and convert leads into successful clients while ensuring 100% data integrity in interaction records.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal service delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to client onboarding.
  • Handle client objections professionally and build long-term relationships through effective communication and persuasive strategies.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance KPIs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous professional experience in sales or telesales, specifically within the UAE business services sector.
  • Strong background in management of sales pipelines, client relationship building, and objection handling.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding certification, consultancy, or business service promotion.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, self-motivation, and a target-oriented personality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage client interactions effectively across Dubai.
