Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Reservation Agent to join our hospitality team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage bookings efficiently for management and service review. You will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, managing reservation systems, and ensuring a smooth professional experience for all patrons. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Guest Relations and a proactive approach to booking management and customer satisfaction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel reservations and guest inquiries to meet management and occupancy targets.
  • Coordinate bookings in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in reservation systems, guest documentation, and communication logs.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and front-office teams to provide a seamless and professional guest experience.
  • Utilize Arabic and English communication skills to address guest needs and ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to optimize daily reservation tasks and reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management plus a relevant professional Certificate (Arabic speaker is mandatory).
  • Proven professional experience specifically in hotel reservations within the UAE market.
  • Strong background in management of hospitality booking systems and customer service workflows.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding guest relations and hospitality administration.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong communication skills, and immediate availability for the role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a fast-paced hospitality environment in Dubai.
