Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations within high-traffic shopping centers and malls. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead diverse teams for management and quality review. You will be responsible for managing staff schedules, shifts, and ensuring all public areas meet stringent hygiene standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning staff and oversee daily operations to meet management and hygiene targets.
- Support operational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in staff schedules, shift logs, and quality inspection reports.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and property management to handle staff-related matters and ensure smooth team coordination.
- Conduct regular inspections of shopping center areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professional facility aesthetics.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and reporting systems to optimize resource allocation and professional facility reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Relevant Vocational Training plus a professional HSE or Facility Supervision Certificate.
- Mandatory UAE professional experience specifically in a supervisory role within shopping malls or commercial centers.
- Strong background in management of multicultural teams, shift rotations, and large-scale cleaning workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding sanitation standards, chemical safety, and efficient cleaning techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, proactive problem-solving, and the capability to lead under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard property group in Dubai.
