HSE Officer – Dubai | KAD

Job Description:

We are looking for a safety-focused HSE Officer to supervise site compliance across civil development networks. This role independently conducts safety hazard checks, implements risk barriers, and conducts site audits to minimize field accidents inside busy road and engineering sectors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily infrastructure site activities to ensure full alignment with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, unsafe acts, or equipment flaws.
• Implement and enforce internal safety policies, occupational health guidelines, and proactive risk control measures.
• Deliver site worker safety inductions, regular toolbox talks, and emergency response awareness sessions.
• Investigate accidents, on-site incidents, and near-misses to draft corrective action documents.

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous safety officer experience working on UAE civil construction projects, ideally focusing on roads or infrastructure.
• Diploma or specialized Degree from an accredited engineering or occupational health education stream.
• Strong knowledge of local municipality safety regulations, risk documentation, and digital compliance platforms.
• Familiarity with tracking site safety reports using standard productivity software or corporate Information Technology systems.
