Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to supervise end-to-end purchasing operations for complex civil works. This role reviews project scopes, evaluates supplier tenders, and finalizes commercial vendor agreements to ensure structural cost control under corporate project management guidelines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for civil, structural, and infrastructure project requirements.
• Prepare, issue, and manage comprehensive RFQs, tenders, and contract documentation for site materials.
• Evaluate regional suppliers and specialized subcontractors based on structural technical and commercial criteria.
• Negotiate contract pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to ensure optimal value efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with internal construction, engineering, and finance teams to streamline project supply.

🔹 Requirements:

• 7–10 years of total procurement experience, with at least 7 years focused within UAE civil or infrastructure engineering sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical field of education.
• Strong expertise in subcontractor coordination, technical scope review, and local material market pricing.
• Proficiency in standard inventory spreadsheets, enterprise databases, and digital Information Technology procurement systems.
