Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional expansion within our commercial accounts division and are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Key Account Manager / Key Account Executive to govern retail inventory allocations and direct brand optimization pathways within LIFE Pharmacy stores across Dubai. Operating as an essential commercial liaison and field merchant within our fast-paced trade unit, this full-time role focuses on accelerating sell-out velocities, auditing in-store presentation standards, and cultivating medical clinic networks under our comprehensive commercial management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sales growth and aggressively improve product visibility metrics across assigned LIFE store locations.
- Oversee detailed in-store execution, enforcing premium merchandising standards, planogram compliance, and eye-level product placement.
- Monitor, track, and manage stock availability levels across all outlets to ensure consistent product supply and eliminate out-of-stock scenarios.
- Plan, organize, and execute localized promotional campaigns in continuous coordination with internal trade marketing divisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal brand managers to seamlessly align field activities with overarching corporate commercial strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with store pharmacists, retail supervisors, and medical practitioners in nearby healthcare clinics.
- Track commercial account performance metrics systematically, identifying localized market opportunities to boost revenue.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Commercial Marketing, Pharmaceutical Management, or an equivalent trade-focused discipline.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful, verified professional experience managing corporate retail accounts, pharmacy distribution pipelines, or high-volume FMCG/beauty portfolios within the UAE market.
- Deep structural understanding of the UAE retail pharmacy landscape, corporate chain operations, and local consumer beauty buying patterns.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, sales trackers, and stock replenishment logs inside Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with sharp commercial negotiation capabilities and highly polished interpersonal qualities.
- A results-driven professional mindset with a proven capacity to manage multiple product accounts and meet demanding monthly performance targets independently.
- Candidates must be currently based within the United Arab Emirates, with immediate professional availability highly preferred.
