Job Description:
Appello Interiors LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance department in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this early-career accounting professional will assist with daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, maintain VAT documentation, and support overall accounting workflows using financial software platforms like QuickBooks, Tally, and Zoho Books.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Assist with VAT documentation and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
- Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid foundational understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books, along with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Previous UAE accounting experience is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome.
- Valid UAE Spouse Visa or Family Visa is required.
