Job Description:

The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at Sahara Mall, lead branch staff, implement revenue and cost-control strategies, maintain safety protocols, optimize visitor traffic workflows, and ensure customer service excellence for Flipped Park in Sharjah.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain company standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and support business objectives.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in branch management, operations management, or facility leadership.
• Strong background in entertainment, amusement parks, retail, or hospitality operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage high-footfall environments, and maintain cost control.
• UAE-based experience and availability preferred.
