Job Description:

The Barista will craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, maintain station cleanliness, manage beverage stock, deliver guest service, and support daily restaurant service operations at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.
• Ensure beverages are prepared consistently according to quality standards.
• Assist with beverage inventory and maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Support restaurant operations and collaborate with team members during busy service periods.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Barista Training preferred.
• Prior barista experience within a high-volume restaurant, cafe, or licensed venue is preferred.
• Strong beverage crafting skills and knowledge of beverage hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of mixing alcoholic drinks or working in licensed dining venues is an advantage.
• UAE-based candidates with strong teamwork and communication skills are preferred.
