Senior eCommerce Project Manager

Job Description:
The Senior eCommerce Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end eCommerce projects across multiple markets and delivering high-quality digital commerce solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in Cart & Checkout optimization, Omnichannel (Endless Aisle) initiatives, and payment gateway integrations. Working within the Information Technology sector, the ideal candidate will utilize strong management and Agile delivery skills to drive continuous platform improvements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end eCommerce projects across multiple regional markets.
- Manage Cart & Checkout optimization to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Deliver Omnichannel (Endless Aisle) solutions, including click-and-collect and online-to-offline experiences.
- Oversee payment gateway integrations and checkout enhancements.
- Plan and execute new feature rollouts while maintaining project governance.
- Monitor project KPIs, maintain documentation, and support continuous platform improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing end-to-end eCommerce projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, SAP Hybris, or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile project delivery experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Cart & Checkout optimization, Omnichannel solutions, and Payment Gateway Integrations.
- Proficiency with Payment APIs, tokenisation, 3-D Secure, JIRA, Confluence, and analytics tools like Looker or Power BI.
