Job Description:

The Sales & Marketing Executive will focus on driving new business development across the UAE by promoting out-of-home (OOH) advertising and outdoor media solutions to corporate clients. Working within the Sales department, the ideal candidate will leverage B2B sales experience and an established network to acquire new clients and hit key revenue targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the UAE.
• Sell outdoor advertising and OOH media solutions to corporate clients.
• Build relationships with Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Procurement Heads, and senior decision-makers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Prepare customized sales proposals and commercial offers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Acquire new corporate clients and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
• Research market trends, identify opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular reports to management.

🔹 Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience selling billboards, outdoor advertising, media space, or similar solutions is preferred.
• Strong existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE corporate market, sales pipeline management, and OOH advertising solutions.
