Job Description:

The Planning Engineer will develop baseline project plans, monitor construction progress, analyze schedule variances, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery. Working within the engineering and project controls divisions, the ideal candidate will handle Primavera P6 scheduling, progress reporting, and milestone tracking.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans and construction schedules.
• Monitor project progress and update planning reports regularly.
• Prepare project performance reports and schedule analyses.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Assist in tracking project milestones and identifying potential delays.
• Support planning and scheduling activities using industry-standard software.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE construction experience.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and construction reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are preferred.
