Job Description:

The F&B Supervisor will oversee daily food and beverage operations, lead restaurant service teams, manage guest satisfaction, and maintain strict hygiene standards. Working within the hospitality division, the ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house staff and kitchen teams using advanced PMS software.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficient service.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
• Lead, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure consistent service quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless daily operations.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a Related Field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor in a hotel environment.
• Hands-on experience using IDS or Opera hotel management software is required.
• Strong knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE will be given preference.
