Job Description:

The Sales Consultant & Telecaller will respond to client inquiries, counsel applicants on global immigration options, make outbound telecalling calls, convert leads into consultations, achieve monthly revenue targets, and work alongside consultancy management to maintain high client conversion rates.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and deliver comprehensive information regarding international immigration programs.
• Conduct outbound telecalling campaigns, engage prospective applicants, and schedule detailed consultation meetings.
• Follow up consistently with prospective client leads, nurture client pipelines, and close sales agreements.
• Assess client eligibility criteria for skilled worker visas, residency programs, and international work permits.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive telesales and client relationship building.
• Maintain accurate client records, lead interaction updates, and sales pipelines in the internal CRM database.
• Communicate updates on immigration policies, documentation processes, and fee structures to clients clearly.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, telesales, or client consulting (Immigration background preferred).
• Proficiency in English along with fluency in Hindi, Tagalog, or Nepali is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, telesales negotiation, active listening, and lead conversion capabilities.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle client objections and achieve individual sales targets.
• Immediate availability to join the organization in Dubai will be given preference.
