Job Description:
We are looking to hire two detail-oriented Accountants to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage financial records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations for management and audit review. You will be responsible for handling accounts payable/receivable, performing reconciliations, and using ERP systems to track transactions. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Accounting Practices and a proactive approach to budgeting and financial planning. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations with high accuracy to meet management and reporting standards.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and ensure 100% compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams regarding payroll, accounts payable, and receivable reconciliations.
- Utilize advanced ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for efficient data tracking, spreadsheet preparation, and financial documentation.
- Collaborate with the broader finance team to support strategic budgeting and Information Technology integration for financial reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE market.
- Prior background in the Construction or MEP industry is considered a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of management-level ERP systems, VAT procedures, and advanced Excel data accuracy.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE accounting standards and fiscal governance.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining in Dubai.
