Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily financial operations for management and audit review. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, journal entries, and ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Reporting and a proactive approach to reconciliations and internal controls. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping to meet management and reporting targets.
- Maintain accurate journal entries and general ledgers in Dubai to ensure 100% data integrity in financial records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and auditors to support internal control processes and financial audits.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations while ensuring strict compliance with UAE VAT regulations and documentation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books for daily financial management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven professional experience in accounting and financial operations within the UAE market.
- Strong background in management of bookkeeping activities, periodic reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Tally, Zoho Books, and UAE VAT compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage tasks independently, and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage complex financial data in a fast-paced Dubai environment.
