Job Description:

An urgent requirement is open for an administrative-driven Procurement Coordinator to manage day-to-day supply chain functions. The position handles document tracking, purchase order processing, and supplier coordination through integrated ERP platforms to ensure smooth workflow execution in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate procurement records, files, and documentation systems.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal departments for procurement activities.
• Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support reporting activities and assist in improving procurement processes.
• Ensure proper ERP workflow management and data accuracy across systems.
• Assist in day-to-day procurement operations and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related commercial field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or structured admin jobs.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo, or related Information Technology systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience in property management, construction, hospitality, or marine industries is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced corporate environment.
