Job Description:

Al Fakhama Trading is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of multiple trading entities across Asia and Europe. Based in Dubai, this senior finance executive will direct multi-entity financial reporting, cross-border structures, budgeting, forecasting, international tax compliance, and corporate governance while traveling internationally to review operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of multiple trading companies across Asia and Europe.
• Supervise financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, financial regulations, tax requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Develop and maintain strong financial governance, internal controls, and reporting systems.
• Oversee cross-border financial structures, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity financial operations.
• Coordinate with finance teams and external advisors across different countries.
• Work closely with auditors, banking partners, legal consultants, and tax advisors.
• Travel internationally to review financial operations and support business activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional credential (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA) is mandatory.
• Proven track record managing multi-entity financial operations and cross-border reporting within international trading groups or holding companies.
• Strong expertise in international financial reporting standards (IFRS), multi-jurisdictional tax compliance, and financial governance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis; European nationals preferred by employer.
