Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to manage front desk reception and call center incoming workflows. This position serves as the primary point of patient contact, handling scheduling, routing requests, and managing intake records under general hospital management guidelines.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage main front desk reception areas and greet onsite hospital visitors efficiently.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, general insurance logging, and clinical registration processes.
- Maintain organized front-office records and update general administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with medical and case administrative teams to ensure smooth patient communication.
🔹 Requirements:
- Previous professional customer service or receptionist experience inside a hospital or healthcare environment is mandatory.
- Diploma or Degree from an accredited administrative, medical support, or general business education stream.
- Strong computer proficiency and practical familiarity with standard office Information Technology databases.
- Excellent patient-focused attitude with strong multitasking, communication, and coordination skills.
