Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join our vibrant team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can prepare a wide variety of coffee beverages and maintain high standards of presentation for management and quality review. You will be responsible for operating espresso machines, managing coffee bar organization, and providing a welcoming experience for all guests. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Specialty Coffee Brewing and a proactive approach to inventory management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, including espresso and latte art, to meet management quality standards.
- Operate and maintain professional coffee machines and equipment in Abu Dhabi to ensure consistent product quality.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and café teams to deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to ensure 100% data integrity and operational readiness.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for order accuracy and follow strict company hygiene and safety standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or relevant training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage service.
- Previous professional experience as a barista or within a high-volume café environment.
- Strong background in management of coffee brewing techniques, espresso extraction, and milk texturing.
- Professional background in education or training regarding food safety, hygiene, and café equipment maintenance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a positive attitude while working flexible shifts in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
