Job Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support day-to-day HR operations and employee record management for management and administrative review. You will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, coordinating new hire onboarding, and ensuring HR policies are accurately followed. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HR Administration and a proactive approach to employee engagement. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks to meet management objectives.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team to manage onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation to ensure 100% data integrity and confidentiality.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to prepare HR reports and maintain internal personnel databases.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably within the UAE or India.
- Strong background in management of HR documentation, recruitment coordination, and administrative support.
- Professional background in education or training regarding HR policies and employee lifecycle procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in Human Resources operations and employee management.
