Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core enterprise applications wing and are seeking an analytical, solutions-oriented Salesforce Developer to govern CRM custom application pipelines and direct secure system integration pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic technical architects who possess deep operational command of low-code and programmatic cloud automation and excel at converting commercial business requirements into scalable apex code lines, this full-time track focuses on accelerating system data flows, auditing metadata structures, and maximizing database efficiency metrics under our integrated business management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain scalable cloud applications deploying Apex classes, Triggers, and modern Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and manage complex Salesforce declarative automation matrices, configuring Lightning Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.
• Customize structural data objects, page layouts, record types, user profiles, permission sets, and sophisticated sharing models.
• Analyze multi-departmental business requirements, translating commercial processes into highly scalable and clean technical solutions.
• Develop secure, asynchronous integrations with external enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and web hooks.
• Write clean, reusable, and optimized code, structuring comprehensive test classes to maintain mandatory code deployment coverage.
• Support large-scale data migration, synchronization, and cleanup exercises utilizing Data Loader and Workbench tools.
• Troubleshoot real-time production errors, review debug logs, resolve automation failures, and repair integration bottlenecks.
• Participate actively in platform deployments deploying Git repositories, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a matching fully accredited data science field.
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating an enterprise software desk or running a Salesforce engineering portfolio within an information technology jobs system.
• Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical capability deploying programmatic Salesforce architectures, querying relational structures with SOQL/SOSL, and tracking software lifecycles inside MS Excel spreadsheets.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Salesforce core development mechanics, Apex programming patterns (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled), and frontend LWC frameworks.
  • CRM customization and declarative configuration parameters, user identity access mapping, and custom metadata tracking.
  • API integrations, web service protocols (REST / SOAP), endpoint optimization, authentication handshakes, and JSON translation pathways.
  • Salesforce security models, role hierarchies, field-level access controls, data encryption guidelines, and sharing rule logic.
  • Data migration tools, data cleansing logic, continuous integration pipelines (CI/CD), Git versioning, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Outstanding analytical problem-solving habits, strict attention to algorithmic and typographical details, excellent team communication talents, and active platform certifications (such as Platform Developer I or II) are treated as a major competitive asset.
