Job Description:
Leaders Fort Holding is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to manage and support its enterprise IT infrastructure across UAE and KSA entities from its Dubai office. Based in Dubai, this technology professional will administer Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure cloud, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery systems, firewalls, and SQL Server databases, while providing L2/L3 support and driving infrastructure upgrade projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Administer virtualization platforms, backup systems, disaster recovery, and endpoint management solutions.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, email security, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Support ERP applications, Microsoft SQL Server, and other business-critical systems.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support while ensuring high availability of IT services.
- Coordinate with vendors and participate in IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration.
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud, networking, virtualization, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity standards within IT environments.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, and construction/contracting sector background is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners with strong technical troubleshooting and project coordination capabilities are highly preferred.
