Job Description:

The IT Administrator will manage and maintain IT infrastructure, administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, monitor cybersecurity operations, and provide comprehensive technical support to end-users.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user accounts.
• Monitor cybersecurity, antivirus protection, backups, and system performance.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, and user access controls.
• Coordinate with external vendors and IT service providers for support and maintenance.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with networking, firewalls, backup solutions, and IT security infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
